mea villa is, as the name indicates, a real estate, tourism and trade limited company that was founded in the year 2005 in Izmir. From its date of foundation to this day, mea villa has been specialising in the organisation of holiday home rentals in close cooperation with Europe.

mea villa was founded with the purpose of taking part of Turkey’s real estate sector whilst being in close cooperation with Europe, thus being active in real estate sales and rentals. Strategically its priority has been in rentals. The reason is to start off with the part of the business mea villa is a specialist in, thus providing the necessary infrastructure and expansion of the company.

• The partners, Aydoğan Cengiz, Mücella and Müfit Tarhan were the founders and owners of Nazar Reisen, the company to bring 350.000 people to Turkey each season. Nowadays Nazar Reisen belongs to First Choice. These two partners have also founded the travel agency chain Holiday Express, which is especially active in German airports, and later sold the company to Otto at a good price.
• Shortly after Nazar Reisen was founded in 1986, it started a cooperation with the İzmir-based rental organization, and thus became the leading German tour operator of holiday home rentals. Nazar Reisen remained the German Leader in this market until 1998 by sending approximately 2.500 – 3.500 people per season to holiday homes in Turkey.

Since its foundation, mea villa’s priority has been meeting the demands of the tour operators that it cooperates with. Additionally, mea villa is in the process of renewing the presentation of the houses on its website in order to market the houses by its own means. The German language version of this Presentation will be launched first and will be presented by mea villa’s strategic partner FERIOO (Germany/Düsseldorf).
